Lei Man is a fairly hidden historical hero of Wing Chun. To me, knowing about him is the tell tale sign that you are truly part of the family. Laid honorably to rest next to the Great Grandmaster, he was the one who brought Ip Man from Foshan to Hong Kong.
He is a founding pioneer of the VTAA and the first Chairman of the Ving Tsun Athletic Association. His commitment to the family and selfless work to preserve Wing Chun serves as an example to us all.
This character is precisely what Wing Chun is all about. It distinguishes us in the way we honor, train, and serve others.

Why Here? Why Now?
It just so happened that the year I had completed my first cycle through the system, my father died. Having just enough inheritance to open for one year, we decided that the best way to honor him was to build something meaningful.
The Lancaster Wing Chun Association exists for much more than learning Wing Chun. It exists so we can encourage one another to develop the necessary skills and relationships to meaningfully build ourselves and enjoy life.
A place needs to exist where we believe we can become the best versions of ourselves. It is our hope that everyone who joins us here sees this and decides to freely share their imagination, support, and encouragement with others.
